
My first job was at Billabong, where I worked for two years until the store closed due to bankruptcy. That experience taught me the basics of customer service, multitasking, and staying organized in a busy retail environment. I now work at Tillys as a sales manager/associate, where I focus on building genuine connections with customers, helping them find what they need, and creating a positive shopping experience. My role includes greeting customers, recommending products, organizing the sales floor, handling transactions, and supporting my team with daily store goals.
In addition to retail, I currently work at Wood Ranch as a host. This job has strengthened my communication skills, my ability to stay calm under pressure, and my confidence in managing guest flow, seating charts, and wait times while providing friendly service.
I am available Tuesday anytime, Wednesday afternoons, Thursday afternoons, Friday all day, and Saturday all day. I work at Wood Ranch on Sundays and Mondays, and at Tillys I currently work one day a week.
