Natalie Dickinson

Heavily dedicated to facilitating a safe and collaborative learning environment at the University of Washington, making strives to ensure that students and staff alike are able to find a helpful and valuable space to rely on. As a junior on campus this year, it is important to me that these environments on campus are maintained and continue to make students feel secure in their studies and inspired to continue towards their goals. I also seek to make whatever position I am in an area of comfort for all whom I might assist, ensuring that I can think critically whenever a problem might arise, but also have enough faith in both my fellow staff and myself to get the job done efficiently and carefully. Whether this involves helping students with their studies, assisting professors in completing midterm grades, or even making areas of campus feel accessible and safe, I am determined to get the job done with a smile.
