-Assists professors on teaching new cardiovascular students fundamental images such as Parasternal Long Axis, RA/RV, Sub-pulmonic/RVOT, Parasternal Short Axis, & Apicals

-Gives constructive feedback to students during performance exams on how to better improve images.

-Able to perform different Scripps Protocols depending on specific pathology.

-Meticulously optimizes controls on ultrasound machine to confirm pathology from all angles.

-Proficient understand in ultrasound physics.

-Demonstrates the importance of using at least 2 patient identifiers when greeting a patient prior to exam.

-Effectively follows ASE guidelines to ensure proper reporting protocols.

-Cultivates positive relationships with patients by developing connections in order to gain trust before echo procedure.

-Correctly applies electrodes for accurate timing for reporting.

-Successfully interpreted heart rhythms and documented changes to appropriate personnel.

-Carefully monitored up to 48 patients' rhythms and oxygen saturations.

-Provided detailed reports for shift change to maintain excellent patient care.

-Collected samples from staff to be carefully delivered to microbiology lab.

-Answered phone calls and directing them to staff while multitasking patient paperwork.
