•In charge of employee acquisition using social media marketing, and conducting of interviews for prospective employees.

•Use of Costco's POS system (kiosk was located inside of Costco...company presence in Costco's and on military bases until it was shut down for fraud), and the third party point of sale systems for AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon to assist customers with their wireless services and in order to activate new accounts and perform basic account maintenance (usually done by communicating with each company's sales support team via phone)

•Maintained 80 hour work week, making sure the kiosk was open as much as possible during Costco's hours of operation.

•Came up with ideas for interior design in the building, which had previously been very outdated and un-inviting for prospective church goers.

•Creation of decorations and props for church events and vacation Bible school, based on a theme given to me by the reverend.

•Involved in assistance of leading Bible studies.

•Volunteered with children, teaching them about God using fun methods that helped them to enjoy learning.

• Completion of extensive 5 week sales training course, including completion of Capstone project based on future technology and how close we were to achieving it.

•Customer rapport building and probing question asking in order to find best wireless product and service solutions for every individual.

•Sales of wireless products, services, and accessories.

•Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly sales quotas and maintaining friendly competition with co-workers.

•Establish rapport with each customer in order to build a relationship and gauge their needs, then suggest a cell phone and car audio solution based on those needs.

•Use of GERS, AT&T's, T-Mobile's, Verizon's and Boost Mobile's third part point of sale systems to sell products and services and in order to activate those services.

•Took multiple sales training classes and classes to expand knowledge of car audio and wireless products and services.

•In charge of maintaining a monthly quota for both services.

• Teaching other employees about wireless options and how best to sell them to their customers, as well as keeping track of their wireless cell phone product and service sales.
