Coordinator/ charge nurse duties:

Managed nursing staff and patients as a leader on a PCU floor, CTU, and pre and post cath lab/EP recovery.

Acting as a resource and a liaison between staff, physicians, family and patients to coordinate and assign patients from the ED and cath lab, manage emergencies and ensure safe and smooth movement of patients throughout the shift.
