  • Responsible to develop and implement 6 month Onboarding and training plan for new Child Protection Social Workers in St. Louis County.
  • Provide multiple trainings for new Social Workers both in person and remotely as assigned in Onboarding plan.
  • Assist with coordinating hire ahead cohort interview panel and coordinating interviews for three county office locations in St. Louis County.
