Was able to analyze induvial performance and provide feedback in personal debriefs to show deficiencies and ways to improve in a straightforward and impactful manner., Led and coordinated flight briefs and debriefs while actively going through the arduous tactics syllabus, ensuring clear communication of mission objectives and strategies to aircrew members, and most importantly executed an effective debrief to identify friction points and continually improve. Once a fully qualified aviator, took that knowledge and experience and mentored junior aircrew to ensure their greatest success., Led a diverse team of 30 maintenance personnel as the line division officer.
