  • Assists in planning and execution of undercover prostitution operations to recover juvenile and adult victims as well as assisting in reverse operations targeting buyers of sex. Analyze collected information to determine actual circumstances and whether probable cause is present.
  • Maintain regular communication with probation officers and corrections officers at Kitsap County Juvenile Detention facility regarding juveniles known to be or suspected to be victims of human trafficking and conduct preliminary interviews of aforementioned child.
  • Obtained and supplied information to coordinating agencies to provide best possible guidance to victims of human trafficking.
  • Planned bi-monthly meeting with the HT diversion team to discuss progress of each participant. The team consisted of myself, a judge, a prosecutor, a defense attorney, mental health provider, substance abuse provider, court compliance specialist and occasionally law enforcement and jail staff.
  • Secured housing, medical care and employment for diversion participants by collaborating with various community agencies.
