I process and label mail at ups. I am expected to process, label and organize up to 4,000 + pieces of mail per shift. I also worked in other departments such as transfer and international when needed due to low volume of workers.

I worked as a generalist in the men’s department. I worked mainly at the register; I also maintained the floor, making sure inventory was organized, clearing go backs and checking fitting rooms. Making sure I greeted customers and answered questions.
