The experience I had was amazing because I got to know the kids and first-hand learned what it is like to manage large groups of kids and teens. Overall, the experiences I had there were great and I got to assist counselors with projects as well as organize events.

I was able to observe classroom management and classroom activities of teachers and assist the school librarian with organizing of children's books. Overall, my experience there was eye-opening as to how I would like to manage my own classroom and was able to see first-hand how students interacted with projects and lessons.
