Duties

Daily Perform research in manufactures catalogs, drawings, Tech manuals and MCMS to obtain ICP's with correct revision dates, CPR's, CTI's and Instruction for proper calibration authority.

Maintain proper documentation to provide traceability for all TI's.

Follow all written instruction to maintain proper environmental specs for all calibrations in accordance to 17-35FR-06.

Utilize and set up various standards such as Gage blocks, Tool maker's flat, Surface plate, Standard shims and Universal measuring machine according to proper procedure based on calibration requirements. 

Repair and modify test instruments using a variety of hand tools.

Directly contribute to Shop 52 production goals by completing all assigned work in a timely manner, collaborating with my coworkers, bringing a positive Can-Do attitude to work daily, being willing to ask for and utilize any and all advice from senior mechanics, my trainer and my supervisor and maintaining a curious, adaptable and flexible mentality.
