● Emergency management during a Public Health crisis, developed medical plans which led a textbook response to a mumps outbreak that impacted 250 personnel and provided valuable data to Headquarters Marine Corps and the Bureau of Medicine to be used in enterprise-wide improvements to force health protection policy.
