I have more than 7 years of leasing experience and over 10 years of customer service experience. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I have spent more than 2 years in a leasing role with Roseland Residential, Woodmont and Atlantic Reality. I began with them on a brand-new lease-up property, Crossing Apartments. The lease-up began in August 2015 and was completed by March 2016. I then moved to two other properties, River Park and Rivers Edge which totaled approximately 500 units. At Bayonne Bay, I have leased more than 400 units I am responsible for resident relations; full lease administration; guaranteeing that work orders were completed by managing the maintenance Team; lease renewals; property tours; and the development and distribution of physical marketing items. I am responsible for overseeing real estate properties and tending to the needs of tenants. My duties include researching and contacting potential tenants, arranging for building maintenance, and managing payments and budgets. I have proven success in sales and helped to maintain occupancy for each of the properties in the high 90% range throughout my time in all properties. Previously, I have worked within customer service in the hotel industry for over 14 years. I was accountable for interacting with customers; performing managerial tasks; thriving in fast-paced work environments; scheduling; and handling event-related tasks and organization.
