Summary

I have spent more than 2 years in a leasing role with Roseland Residential, Woodmont and Atlantic Reality. I began with them on a brand-new lease-up property, Crossing Apartments. The lease-up began in August 2015 and was completed by March 2016. I then moved to two other properties, River Park and Rivers Edge which totaled approximately 500 units. At Bayonne Bay, I have leased more than 400 units I am responsible for resident relations; full lease administration; guaranteeing that work orders were completed by managing the maintenance Team; lease renewals; property tours; and the development and distribution of physical marketing items.
