• Coordinates new hire and current clinical staff training, re-training, and hosting educational meetings and in-services;
• Collaborates with other care providers and clinical team members to provide safe, quality patient care incorporating analysis of QAPI reports;

Assumed responsibilities as charge nurse, relief clinical coordinator, and assistant to the facility administrator creating employee work schedules and coordinating daily hemodialysis treatments for 4 hospitals collaborating with doctors, hospital staff, and contracted dialysis staff; Administered hemodialysis treatments while providing education to dialysis patients and families/caretakers while ensuring quality care in multiple settings; Remained available as an excellent resource for all teammates, emphasizing continuous education through skills in-services and team meetings; Participated in QA/QI studies and annual audits for compliance with documentation (including patient flowsheets, bloodwork surveillance logs, dialysis machine/RO machine logs, infection control, and OSHA), inventory, and adherence to company policies and procedures by all teammates
