- As a receptionist, some of my responsibilities include greeting patients as they arrive, taking their temperature, and conveying important information clearly to both staff and patients. I also manage the treatment office for scheduled events, check-in patients based on their appointment times, and ensure that all drug screenings are conducted accurately. Additionally, I remove any system flag that may prohibit patient dosing and log in to their record on Methasoft. I review prescription details for completeness and legibility, set quality assurance guidelines for laboratory work, and hire and train lab technicians to perform experiments and analyze results. I also make sure to keep equipment well-maintained, the facility clean and organized, and inventory stocked to maximize performance.
