• Assess and monitor mothers after delivery to ensure proper recovery and healing.
• Incision care post cesarean section, remove catheters.
• Perform full assessment of physical, social and psychological well-being.
• Train and coach new employees on protocols and practices to provide optimal patient outcomes.
