Natasha Marrero

As a dedicated individual with a strong foundation in organizational skills and a compassionate approach, I excel in environments requiring adaptability and critical thinking. Although new to the formal workforce, my commitment to improvement and positive attitude equip me to contribute meaningfully to any team, embodying the skills sought by employers for dynamic and challenging roles. I've worked as an assistant for my middle school custodian, keeping my school clean and making small improvements such as tables for our pavilion. I also worked on a school project that led to a pathway being built to said pavilion which left a positive impact on the school going forward. At home I also help my parents in any way I can, whether it's doing dishes, cleaning the floor and countertops, cooking dinner, and taking care of my special need cousins which increased my patience and compassion for those who need extra help. It also helped my parents who are under constant stress with working and one of my cousins being more on the sever end of the spectrum, so my help is greatly appreciated by them. Although I have no experience in the professional art field, I spend a majority of my time drawing my own characters and self teaching to learn what makes a good character design. I always try to complete any task given to me at 100% satisfaction and enjoy working with others, that which led to my 3.5 GPA and graduation with honors. Despite that, I always enjoy learning new skills and hope to leave a positive impact on this job going forward.
