Natasha Tesch

As an attentive and proactive Student Nurse, I have gained diverse experience providing exceptional care in fast-paced medical and women's hospitals in Winter Haven, Florida, as well as PCU exposure at AdventHealth Celebration. My responsibilities included triaging patients, administering foleys, IVs, and conducting phlebotomy. I also monitored vital signs, collected patient histories, and performed finger stick blood glucose readings with insulin administration. Throughout my nursing curriculum, I completed rotations in medical-surgery, cardiac, women's urgent care, women's labor and delivery, and PCU units. In these roles, I actively participated in drug administration, documented patient responses, and maintained accurate treatment records while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Additionally, I provided patient education, safe transport, specimen collection, and exam preparation with utmost care.

Over the years, my caregiving journey has been marked by dedication and compassion. I provided unwavering support to a 48-year-old patient with metachromatic leukodystrophy, offering care that continued until she reached the age of 60. During her last few years, she required 24-hour care, and I willingly stayed overnight to ensure her well-being. From 2014 to 2021, I extended my nurturing abilities to care for 1 to 4 children, delivering afterschool support, transportation, discipline, cooking, cleaning, medication administration for asthma, and specialized dietary management for multiple food allergies. My commitment to service led me to embark on a new venture in July 2021, where I have been working as a food and drink server in various restaurants, including my current role at Timpano in Hyde Park. My dedication to excellence has earned me the position of a trainer and accolades as the top salesperson and recipient of wine awards.
