All my professional carrier I have worked with customers to solved and help them with whatever is the issue they are having, this has made me a very thriving person at the moment to accomplish every single task, working in such a big company teach me that there is always room for learning and that everything is always changing, that left me that we can always adapt and make things work. I'm looking forward to acquire knowledge and to crate a carrier path as long as I can to gain skills that I might have not develop yet.
I started at Dell in 2017 as a Customer Care Specialist for the US department for small companies that had contacts with Dell, half of that year I worked as part of the Distribution team that handled specific partnerships with bigger companies, some time after that I moved to the Sales Department, worked with customers for their online pages to buy from Dell.
I worked three years as a standard sales analyst and two years and half as a Premier Sales Analyst.
