Create work orders, update required parts and labor, dispatch to technicians, and follow through with customers on a realistic time frame for completion of projects, and continuously update work order as projects progress. Confirm all parts required for the job are 'billed-out' correctly to keep inventory and pricing correct for the shop and customer.
Process special orders by collecting full payment for special order parts, following through with customers on time frame for part arrival, and call customer once part does arrive.
Assist new motorhome and RV owners with up-to-date information regarding appliances, features, and standard operating procedures of their trailer during the 'walk-through' process on the day of delivery.
