I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) from Western Kentucky University, where I gained a strong foundation in human behavior, ethics, and social work practices. Throughout my academic career, I developed a passion for helping individuals navigate complex life challenges and improve their quality of life.
Professionally, I’ve worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing direct therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. In this role, I implemented behavior interventions, collected data, and worked closely with families and treatment teams to enhance client progress. This experience has sharpened my skills in behavior analysis, communication, and client relationship building.
Additionally, as a Social Work Case Manager, I managed a caseload of clients, assessing their needs, creating care plans, and connecting them with community resources. I’ve worked with diverse populations, ensuring that individuals and families have access to critical services and support. Through this position, I honed my skills in case coordination, advocacy, and crisis intervention.
Overall, my education and professional experience have equipped me with a solid foundation in social work, behavioral health, and client-centered care. I’m passionate about supporting individuals in achieving their goals and am eager to contribute my skills as I continue to grow in my career.
