  • I curate, implement, and oversee a weekly 4 day experience for 15-20 Christian Church Pastors. The goal is to provide them a place to rest and retreat from their busy and demanding schedules so they feel refreshed when they return.
  • From the moment they get off the plane, meals, fishing trips, and conversation time, I keep the pulse of all they need while with us. Every group and every day is different which requires close discernment and understanding of what each moment needs.

My responsibilities have varied over the past 2 decades with them but my role as a Worship Leader and Pastor has stayed consistent.   • From ideas, concepts, development, and implementation I oversaw turning a fallow 300-acre strawberry farm into a modern diverse regenerative farm
  • Oversaw large portfolio of projects to support teams, report progress and influence positive outcomes for landowner.
  • Rotationally grazed multi species livestock to begin improving soil quality.
  • Created no till market gardens that organically grew a diverse palate of fruit and vegetables.
  • Oversaw and managed our contracted timber management team that cleared junk pine forest for more pasture and silvopasture.
