KnottyGirlz Equestrian is a small, family owned business that produces handmade, quality rope horse tack. As production manager, attention to detail, communication and time management were paramount skills that I developed and used on a daily basis.

I worked for Rolling Hills Farms and Buckshot Farms in Spangle, WA for the past 4 seasons.

I was responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of grain during the harvest season. This role required long hours, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to support day-to-day harvest operations.

• Operated fully loaded tandem axle and semi trailer grain trucks across rural and highway routes
• Demonstrated safe driving by observing all road rules, exercising caution in unfamiliar areas and maintaining vehicle control, especially with fully loaded trailers.
• Managed accurate record keeping by collecting invoices, weight slips and independently recording work hours.
• Demonstrated a strong willingness to learn new tasks and additional responsibilities to further support farm operations.
• Worked 10-12 hour days for 20+ consecutive days during peak harvest season, highlighting strong work ethic and reliability.
