Utilizing the WMS system in Beloit allows me to do a variety of functions with the facility. Such include assessing damages within the warehouse. Moving product systemically to optimal pick locations, thus yielding higher BPH. Assessing pallets and cases of product that are not being properly directed to put away. Resolving issues with overstock within the campus. Collaboration with peers to help achieve long term goals.

Worked in tandem with multiple associates towards one goal. Was often tasked with addressing carrier cut times, allowing a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.

Cross trained between multiple departments. Able to identify the linear nature of the warehouse, seeing how each job influenced the next. Trained as a group lead. Managing a range of 8-12 associates at a time. Ranging from select drivers to post pick, pre ship positions. Usage of MHE equipment and training new associates on usage.
