I started with Whole Foods in April 2022 as a shift leader. Four months later, I was promoted to Grocery team leader (department manager), where I managed a team of 23 and up with weekly sales of 340k. Twelve months later, I was promoted to Associate store team leader, where I oversee the whole store with nine departments. I practice food safety, occupational safety, and retail execution. Our store does close to a million in sales a week.

My Grocery department does over 300,000 in sales weekly, making sure my department's conditions are up to the customer’s expectations. Managing kpi metris, out-of-stocks, long-term out-of-stocks, blocklists, cycle count compliance, and daily and weekly shrink compliance. I write a schedule with 28 employees monitoring labor costs and overtime percentages. I take care of the hiring process.
My accomplishments in this department are comping sales every week and making labor since I took over in September.
