  • Point Person to Provide Studio Tech Support: Over my time at the Record Co I became the go-to staff member to offer in-person technical assistance, address equipment issues, signal flow questions, and other technical inquiries for clients during sessions, troubleshoot issues. Additionally, I would help prepare for upcoming reservations to ensure sessions run smoothly and the studio operates efficiently day-to-day by providing requested equipments and anticipating client needs.
  • Studio Equipment and Facility Maintenance: I maintained world class facilities by repairing and maintaining equipment including microphones, outboard gear, mixers, guitar and bass amplifiers, drums and hardware, cables, stands and electronic and acoustic instruments. Over my time at TRC, I lead repair and maintenance projects that had lasting improvements of facilities for client and staff use. Including upkeep of the health of all drums, amplifiers and instruments as well as modernizing the software versions on all studio computers.
  • Supervising Front of House, Studios, Booking and Support Management: At TRC, I would warmly greet clients, and use our booking system to to check clients in and out, collect payments and generate loadout reports for the studios records. Additionally, I would monitor the main phone line and reply to Intercom messages promptly for booking and support requests.
