  • My efforts focus on the development and growth of sales of FRAMECAD systems for eastern Canada and the US east coast. This includes our software and machine manufacturing systems. I work with developers, builders and engineering firm involved in cold form steel design and construction. I work client through the process of setting up their factories and converting them from being a builder to being a manufacturer.

  • My role involves developing strategies for Bostik's US market within the Building Components division. I work with clients on technical projects and potential product development needs. I am heavily involved in the design process of specific clients as it relates to their methodologies of manufacturing components within the commercial building markets. I work with specifiers, technical stake holders as well as our internal chemists and developers. The goal is to see the end design and align our strategies to be market leaders on developing innovative adhesives products.

  • My primary responsibilities is the development of the Ohio, PA and WV territory through the execution of annual business plans ($10M - $25M) to support revenue and profit objectives of Insituform Technologies, LLC. The role involves giving technical presentations to engineering firms, contractors and municipalities on the different technologies for rehabilitating storm, sanitary and pressure water pipe. I also perform key account planning and maintain favorable business relationships with key accounts understanding projects in design phase and drafting technical proposals. During this phase I am involved with the project onsite.
  • My role as developer also is heavily involved in preparing proposals, execute bid strategy, provide input into the development process and generate market intelligence for capture and subsequent analysis. I am also involved with the development of marketing communications regionally and launching new products that expand our portfolio. This would include our Geo-polymer systems and new Pressure Pipe system.

  • My role as a Senior Technical Manager includes the development of a strategic marketing strategy for Simpson Strong-Tie Anchoring Systems and Carbon Fiber product line. I coach and develop sales members in upstate NY, PA, and WV. My training seminars focus on jobsite selling skills, jobsite protocol, selling against the competition as well as a host of technical sessions on the latest building code designs and product development of both Simpson products and the competition. I am also heavily involved in the Structural Engineering & Architectural Community in promoting the spec of Simpson Strong-Tie Anchoring Systems and Composite Strengthening Systems into their designs for large commercial projects in the states of NY, PA, and WV.

  • HILTI - My responsibilities involved increasing the market share of Hilti tools and products within the Mechanical and Electrical trades. My duties included working with estimators and project managers at the beginning of large commercial projects. Jobsite sales, training and OSHA certifications were also daily activities.
  • In 2008, I won President's Club which is a distinguished award given to the top 5% performers within Hilti. During this time, I also managed a Hilti store that supported the local construction market and Hilti sales team. I developed a successful marketing campaign which promoted the store and featured products. I also organized large scale store events and jobsite events to increase Hilti awareness and grow business in that market.
