  • Produce risers, runners, and various parts in the pattern making process with manual and CNC machines, as well as filing, grinding and deburring rough cast aluminum.

  • Writing programs in MDI for jigs or resize raw stock as needed.
  • Assembling final pattern and inspecting all dimensional fits, finishes, clearances and any shift.
