Nathan Arnett

Through nine and a half years within the school system of Magoffin County, and the graduate work that I have completed from 2015-2021, I feel that I bring a reliable and informed application to the Director of Federal programs vacancy. In graduate course work, I have studied school funding, application of funding (including how to apply the cut and dry title funding to additional programs, management of resources, and strategies that could be implemented immediately and in the long term to help support schools within the district enhance student achievement. I have also made invaluable contacts with professionals within districts from Pike, Whitley, and Rowan county that can help bring refreshing ideas and perspectives for complex problems potentially poised within an administrative role.
