I started as a branch manager in NW Oklahoma. We did contract work for Sandridge Energy setting up their infrastructure. I had 10 employees that I managed day-to-day operations. I was responsible for scheduling and payroll. Second year I transferred to the corporate office and took over as operations manager for the service side of the business. I was responsible for starting the automation division and the growth. I ran a successful automation group where we did work for companies like Devon Energy. The automation division is still operational to date.
