• Full-cycle recruiter responsible for hiring candidates for the Avera Health System. Currently have a Requisition load of 84 positions ranging from Entry Level to Director Level. I recruit for a variety of departments across the Avera 5 state footprint with a focus on the IT and Logistics departments. Responsible for screening and passing forward of applicants, interviews, offer creation and negotiation, advertisements for sites such as local news and newspapers, indeed, Career Builder, and more. Also maintain consistent communication with Leaders across 20 Departments and applicants keeping them updated throughout the entire Recruitment Process.

• Full-cycle recruiter responsible for hiring candidates ranging in experience from entry level up to C-level for the Automotive and Dental Industries. Average 60-100 Cold calls per day, 1500-2000 emails per week. Sourced candidates from a variety of Social Media sources as well as job boards. Involved in all stages from Sourcing and reference checks to offer negotiation.

• Responsible for delivering milk to businesses and schools throughout Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas.

• Responsible for picking up trash throughout Sioux Falls and surrounding communities.

• Sold both new and used Ford vehicles. Responsible for maintaining product knowledge of both Ford and Lincoln vehicles. Escorted customers throughout all aspects of the sales process, from vehicle selection to financing.

• Certified to sell both new and used vehicles for Honda and Mitsubishi. Maintained product knowledge for all Honda and Mitsubishi brands. Was involved in all aspects of the sales process. From vehicle selection to financing to delivery.

• Handle all incoming corporate/private aircraft. Greet aircraft and passengers, find out needs, fuel loads, and meet those needs. Provide exemplary customer service. Marshal aircraft in and out of ramp, make safety a top priority. Fueled airline as well as UPS and FedEx aircraft.

• Conducted screening of passengers in accordance with Federal Regulations to ensure the safety of the traveling public by use of X-Rays, metal detectors, explosive trace detection (ETD), and Advanced Imaging Technology (AIT). Conducted random screening of flights using explosive trace detection (ETD). Also was trained in TACCOM (Tactical Communication) and behavior detection.
