As a Security Officer, I'm expected to ensure positive guest interaction as well as monitoring guest activity and safety. Respond promptly to emergencies, conduct issues, and concerns in alignment with professional service standards. While doing so I communicate information within surveillance teams to identify suspicious activity and assist with incident resolution efforts. I am expected to remain calm, assertive, and mindful with critical thinking and problem solving during high stress situations. My role as a Security Officer is to ensure accurate analysis and reporting of suspicious activities or personnel on the premises while having a consistent goal of safety for everyone. This also includes training new Security Officers in company policy, ensuring constant knowledge to establish the correct procedure. I was trained to patrol the premises of the property while operating a company vehicle, identifying possible suspicious activity or any unknown concerns on property. I was responsible for managing access control systems efficiently, ensuring accurate records of badges for restricted areas were maintained correctly at all times.

As a Cashier, my role extended to greeting customers entering the store and responding promptly to customer service needs. Including building relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Assisted customers with inquiries and concerns while providing professional service, resulting in positive feedback. Handled guest concerns professionally while protecting accuracy and a positive service experience. Answered questions about store policies and addressed customer concerns. Mentored and monitored new employees on cashier duties and best practices, ensuring improvement in overall staff performance.
