With over 30 years of experience in the trucking industry, I have progressed from a fleet maintenance technician to General Manager at an OEM dealership. Currently, I oversee a team of 75 employees, including four department managers. My promotion to General Manager occurred after Truck Center Companies acquired Harrison Truck Centers. Throughout my career, I have developed strong relationships with our customer base, and I credit the growth and success of the locations I have worked at to my unwavering dedication and hard work. Growing up on a family farm ingrained in me a "do whatever it takes" mentality, which greatly influences my managerial approach. I firmly believe that as a manager, I am responsible for the entire dealership, but I never consider myself more important than any other employee. This mindset has earned me the respect of both my staff and customers. Ultimately, my primary goal is to ensure that all employees receive the necessary support to excel in their roles within a positive work environment.
