

As a dedicated Diesel Mechanic with a strong record of performance and leadership within our company, I’ve consistently taken initiative to support both operational goals and team development. I successfully mentored a fellow technician through the TAP program, helping them build their technical skills and confidence to become a productive team member. In addition, I independently managed a captive location with 44 units, taking full responsibility for maintenance, scheduling, and customer satisfaction. These experiences have strengthened my ability to lead by example, prioritize workload efficiently, and maintain high standards of safety and reliability. I’m eager to bring this experience into a supervisory role to continue supporting our team’s growth and operational excellence.
