Clinic and First Surgical Assist

• Responsible for providing a comprehensive health assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients and formulates clinical decisions in consultation and collaboration with attending physicians.
• Procedures in orthopedic surgery included but not limited to tendon repairs; wound closures and debridements; injection of joints and tendons; brace, casts, and splint applications.
• Establish medical diagnosis(es) and determine a plan of care for short term and chronic health problem
• Order and evaluate interpretation of diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications within PA’s functions and in accordance with departmental and hospital policy.
• First assist and preform surgical task as delegated by supervising physician.
• Post-operative care, write orders, take call, help formulated implement therapeutic treatment plans, and prescribe medications.

• Responsible for all operational and financial aspects of their assigned property including meeting company and ownership goals for property performance. Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:
• Implement strategies to attract keeping residents by effective marketing and closing tactics, customer service, suggesting move-in specials to implement, and by developing successful resident retention programs including monthly events.
• Managers collect rent, handle delinquent accounts, oversee submission of invoices and oversight of bill pay for the apartment complex.
• Oversee applications and audit apartment files after move-in and move-out and quarterly to ensure compliance with company policy.
• Conduct inspections on vacant homes, work with maintenance regarding apartment repairs, and ensure make readies are being completed in a timely fashion.

• Asserted control over material usage and contractor man-hours to keep projects in line with budgetary restrictions.
• Collaborated with management and fellow supervisors to organize operations and achieve demanding schedule targets.
• Reworked positions and workflow based on individual abilities and production targets.
• Checked equipment to determine if maintenance was required.
• Delegated assignments based on plans, project needs and knowledge of individual team members.
• Studied and interpreted blueprints to plan construction phases and team assignments.
