I worked at a 506-unit apartment complex and did the following:
- Repaired or replaced faulty wiring, switches, relays, and other electrical components.
- Operated hand and power tools to complete repairs.
- Repaired broken windows, doors, walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, and other building components.
- Inspected buildings and grounds for safety hazards and code violations.
- completing an average of 5-8 work orders a day with minimal supervision contributing to an average of 15-20 work orders per day.
- Cleaned common areas of the property including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, restrooms.
- Responded to service requests from tenants in a timely manner.
- Performed minor carpentry work such as installing shelves or repairing furniture.
- Worked successfully with a diverse group of coworkers to accomplish goals and address issues related to our products and services.
- Managed inventory and supplies to ensure materials were available when needed.
