As a Site Technician, I troubleshot GE towers ( 1.7 and 2.5) and performed routine maintenance. Additionally, gained valuable experience as a Traveling Service Technician, handling large-scale corrective projects. As a Project Lead, managing multiple teams simultaneously for blade repairs, managing daily operations, materials and financial tracking was the larger majority of this position. Currently serving as a Project Site Manager in central Texas, overseeing blade repair and major corrective operations while ensuring team management and adherence to safety protocols. Customer relations and weekly status reviews are integral to position responsibilities, along with providing detailed reports and tracking all activities. Managing budgets and purchase orders for projects is a crucial part of this position.
