I enjoy spending my free time in the outdoors. Playing sports and being apart of team activities outside of a work environment is extremely important to me, as it reinforces and teaches strong forms of connection and team building. Being outdoors is also what I consider very therapeutic. Making time to enjoy outdoor recreation allows me to maintain positive relationships within the community in conjunction with my overall mental health.
