Extracurricular Activities

Blockchain Club(Coders SB), Spring 2022, Learned about Web3 technology based on the Ethereum Blockchain from speakers and presenters. Created Web3 applications as a group project, planned the application of how Web3 technology were to be implemented and collaboratively coded the program. EtherScan clone, Spring 2022, A project for the Blockchain Club, made a rudimentary website on a local server that could track transactions going to and from an address on the Ethereum blockchain. Coded using Java and an extension called Moralis. Data visualization of stock market, Spring 2022, A project for PSTAT8, created a graph of prices of various tech stocks over the decade, using packages like yfinance that inputted live stock data from Yahoo! and matplotlib for the data visualization component in python. MESA Successful Transition Program (M-STP), Summer 2021, A transitional program for freshmen/ transfer STEM students. Prepared students for academic rigor and taught students to utilize campus resources. Attended as a student Summer 2021 and returned Summer 2022 as a mentor.
