- Main role was as a remote trouble shooter/ debugger for a hospital delivery robot's hardware and software systems in real time. Fleet size was 40+ at the time of my leave.

- Guided hospital staff on the robot's technology use, assisting with troubleshooting and quality control to streamline operations efficiency.
