Served in a variety of roles, for a triennial national event held by our church body, The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. Responsibilities included securing and reviewing contracts for hired talent, establishing event and volunteer schedules, real-time trouble shooting, and on-site management. In addition I collaborated with other leaders to bring ideas to life that would be experienced by over 25,000 youth and adult participants, as well as manage a team of volunteers to ensure a successful, multi-day event.
