  • This included developing integrated Procurement and Third Party Risk Management operating models to drive both effective risk management and commercial value
  • Built Quality Assessment methodologies and processes to review Third Party Risk outcomes for regional and National Financial Institutions
  • For two National Banks, designed and built process mapping methodology for mapping all activities end to end across a product lifecycle, embedding applicable regulatory requirements, third parties, operational risks, and controls
  • Developed a methodology for leveraging that mapping to implement Risk and Controls Self Assessment requirements
  • Program managed the development of a high net worth mortgage platform with a Global Wealth Institution and their preferred technology partner
