- I was promoted to the role of Transportation Manager for the Ocala facility in March 2018 under Sears Holdings Inc. prior to the company filing for bankruptcy in October 2018. The new company of TransformCo Warehouse Operations emerged from the bankruptcy and my job duties and title continued forward.
- My duties in this role include my previous responsibilities as an Area Manager as well as the handling of the day to day inbound and outbound load volume for the building, managing trailer pools, trailer yard coverage, supervising the daily outbound schedule routing process, interfacing with external carriers, financial duties including invoice management, hiring and managing of Transportation clerical pool, and dedicated fleet management. Under the new TransformCo company my duties also expanded to include Human Resources duties including attendance record keeping and documentation, time off requests and scheduling, and coaching and counseling documentation. I also was the building liason with our third party security contractor, acting as a contact point and site supervisor for the on site security guard personnel.

- In this role I provided multiple support functions for a two million square-foot warehouse servicing up to 211 K-Mart stores, both domestically and in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- I served as front line management for Innovel Solutions, a third party logistics subsidiary of Sears Holdings, providing team leadership and logistical solutions for a store and ship operation for a national retail manufacturer.
- Over the course of my employment I have provided support management functions for a number of internal departments, including Transportation, Systems Support, Repack, Inbound/Outbound inventory management, and customer service.
- In all of these roles I performed as a supervisor for hourly associate staff, giving leadership and guidance for day to day logistical operations as well as maintaining standards of performance, production goals, quality assurance, feedback and training.
- I have experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), as well as proprietary computer software used to perform my duties.
