Google's Cloud Technical Residency (CTR) program selects accomplished individuals and gives them 12 months of intensive instruction, training, and critical cross-functional consulting work in Google's Cloud-based operations. As part of an agile team for four (4) years, I found experience designing case studies, facilitating training, mentoring hires, performing data analysis, defining strategic alignment, and developing apps and data pipelines for internal use. Other key contributions include:

• Program Management - delegating and executing on core tasks for 200+ stakeholders while equipping CTRs for success
• Instructional Design - designing, curating, sequencing, and facilitating content such as Case Studies, Professional Skills, Technical Demos, and more
• Technical Upskilling - training to use internal tools (AppSheet, Looker Studio, Buganizer, Cider) to solve programmatic challenges in future-proof ways
• Evaluation & Leadership - defining and reporting on the metrics used to track program success while building a team culture of trust and respect

In three months, I helped to overhaul Austin Music Foundation's (AMF) instructional system by creating a scalable model for their experts to curate, sort, discover, and assign content to artists hoping to develop their business skills. Responsibilities included front-end analysis, aggregating and curating of content, and developing a system of individualized learning for artists.

• Designed critical training modules for Oracle sales representatives dealing with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS markets.
• Designed web content for clients seeking information about Oracle migrations and cloud infrastructure.
