The completed projects provided an immediate impact to the quality of life for the residents of Camp Shields while also providing financial savings to the Navy.
  • Safety Supervisor conducted weekly Operational Risk Management (ORM) training with 126 personnel reducing Company mishaps by 33%.
  • Crew Leader. While assigned to the Camp Arifjan Trailer Refurbishment Project, he led 3 crews of 4 personnel each in the demolition and remodeling of 3 shower trailers, skillfully managing the project for on-time completion as well as ensuring a quality product and the safety of all personnel on site.
