Running every aspect of the electrical in new and exhisting buildings. Setting guys up for the day making sure they have work, know what they are doing, have the material to do the job, and the hazards associated with that job and.how to minimize or eliminate them. Ordering material for the job. Keeping track of the hours on the job. Writing up change orders and getting them approved. And making a weekly work schedule.

• Installed new fiber optic internet in residential and commercial buildings. Troubleshoot and repair broken systems. Worked on the old copper phone and dsl systems also.

• Commercial electrical Foreman. I just built a tractor supply on Wickham Blvd in Melbourne. I am currently overseeing Burton Homes new main office.

• Performed launch pad refurbishing after launches. Maintaining and keeping the launch pad in working order. Performed general pad technician duty's along with troubleshooting and repairing or installing any low voltage and communication on the launch pad.

• Worked in a machine shop. Metal spinning on a lathe. Running c and c machines and general maintenance on equipment.

• First electrical job. Apprenticing underneath my father roughing in and trimming out new residential homes.

• Started low voltage HVAC controls career on Harris Technologies newest headquarter building in palm bay. Installed controls on the whole chiller plant as well as the two wing 7 story building. Installed everything from conduit to controllers and all wires associated. Diagnosed and fixed there whole communication loop for the HVAC system. Terminated all devices on air handlers, VAVs, thermostats and anything associated.

• Troubleshot, Repaired, and retrofitted VAVs. Tied into existing communications loops. Installed VAVs and controllers as well as any conduit or wires associated

• Did a lot of work (HVAC Controls) at the new airport terminal. Worked mainly on the new chiller plant but also some of the support buildings and terminal.

• USTA is a huge tennis compound just south of the airport in Orlando fl. This is where the olympic team trains. This compound was a new construction job. I was lead (HVAC controls) for the last half of the job but i was involved from beginning to end. Did the chiller plant and all associated support and main buildings.

• I was lead on a couple renovations and one new construction school (HVAC controls). In charge of anywhere between 1 too 8 guys on new construction school. Installed all devices, controllers, monitoring, and safety devices associated with the HVAC systems including chiller plant and all air handlers and VAVs.
