Nathan Grothe

As a Team Leader I taught personnel to mitigate environmental hazards, and was responsible for the discipline, training and overall welfare of my team. Being responsible for the condition care and use of over 100k in weapons and equipment. Carrying out orders from higher ups which in included planning, executing and conducting after action reports of all tasks received.

Working at Centurion, I was responsible for greeting guests professionally and courteously to cultivate a welcoming atmosphere while making safety a priority. I had the responsibility of patrolling premises, checking IDs and communicating with law enforcement, team members and managers of all premises. Other duties were to keep a clean environment and responding quickly to emergency situations to asses and deflect issues while being assertive and mindful to each situation.
