Life Saving Award
I was dispatched to an unknown problem and the victim did not speak any English. I located the victim in a backyard in a pole of blood, the victim was starting to loose consciousness. I discovered the victim had a saw jump pack and cut up his thigh causing extensive damage. The blood was extremely dark and there was a lot of it that he was sitting in. I had a tourniquet and it was applied which stopped the blood. He was then transported via helicopter and he survived.
