● Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with our distributors as well as on premise and off premise accounts
● Daily on-premise and off-premise account relationship management with new and existing account with no less than 70 points of contact per week and two prescheduled in-person meetings
● Will be responsible for the promotion and sales of draft and packaged malt brewed products and growing distribution and volume in assigned territory
● On-call for draft tech support and other malt brewed beverage needs on the account level
● Responsible for creating and improving the visibility of the brand in assigned territory utilizing existing and yet to exist social media marketing and other marketing initiatives
● Assist leadership in executing quarterly and annual business plans to set and meet goals intended to drive accountability with distributors and key accounts
● Manage distributor orders and assist managing inventory at distributor warehouses
● Resolve customer and distributor issues and ensure customer satisfaction
● Represent Voodoo Brewing Co. by developing, managing, and executing marketing
and brand awareness programs to support placements, including promotions, food
pairings, tastings, merchandising, POS, and special events
● Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key managers/buyers
● Ensure proper merchandising at all accounts
● Monthly wholesaler work-withs
● Syncing with operations to establish weekly target account lists and sales goals, and
ability to achieve and execute on such goals
● Monitor distributor inventory and depletion including acquiring reports from each
distributor every 30 days at the end of each month and delivered to the logistics
manager
● Properly planning for short code malt brewed beverages prior to its expiration
● Engage, educate and inspire consumers and retail customers about the Voodoo
Brewing products and culture
● Submitting weekly sales reports/recaps before each sales meeting that encapsulates
all meetings, placements, developments, etc.
● Submitting monthly expense reports on time
● Bimonthly sales meetings in person at HQ
● Responsible for adding two wholesalers that have ordered malt brewed products to
their territory network annually that are vetted, compliance authorized and completed
an ABP
● Mandatory out of town blitz or distant territory in-person touch base at least once every
6 weeks
