This includes systems for water-treatment plants, transit facilities, waste management facilities, marine work, food processing plants, pharmaceutical facilities, laboratories, hospitals, universities, retail spaces, tenant-improvements, and schools.

Oversaw the upgrading of technology per campus across the district.
These upgrades included renovations to audio/visual, security, and access control.
Quick schedule durations required cohesive cooperation with all associated sub-contractors.

Oversaw the phased removal and replacement of numerous legacy buildings, support structures and related utilities.
Due to the facility needing to maintain operations throughout the project, close coordination with all trades and related agencies was crucial to our success.
It was also necessary to conduct multiple shutdowns, cutovers and provide numerous temporary electrical services because of the facility's occupied status.
Due to the project being situated over tidal waters, constant coordination and planning was essential to the safe operation and timely completion of all marine work.

Worked together with the other trades to coordinate phased activities floor by floor.

Oversaw the new construction of this 4-story high-end retail structure.
Careful attention to detail was used to highlight the over 120 custom chandeliers and countless varieties of other lighting fixtures.
Constant collaboration with architects and interior designers was required to perfectly showcase this gallery using Lutron dimming and control systems.
Team work was imperative in bringing this 46,000-sqft showroom to a successful completion despite being situated amongst a bustling shopping hub.

Factoria Transfer Station

Oversaw the new construction of this Recycling and Transfer Station.
Worked together with trades to incorporate renewable technologies, creating this energy efficient sustainable building.
Safe work practices and coordination were required to navigate the construction of the interior using a dozen or more high-reach aerial lifts at any one time.

UW Nano-Technology Building

Oversaw the new construction of this 6-story building centered in UW's science campus.
With the project being nestled into an active campus, constant attention to activities was required to both bring the project to a successful completion and minimize impacts to the surrounding staff and students.
Collaboration through good communication with the design team was necessary to successfully achieve the goals of this ECCM project.

West Point Wastewater Treatment Plant

Oversaw industrial work on this operational 32-acre water treatment plant.
The work included re-feeding and cutting-over PLC and control equipment.

Security and Fire Alarm Upgrades

Oversaw work to install and/or upgrade security and fire alarm systems at various sites.
With short turn-around times at each site, quick identification of systems and implementation of work scope was needed to achieve project goals within desired timeframes.
Work often required individual efforts without onsite support to prep and finish out each project location.
With work occurring on active systems, coordinated timing was needed among the different trades to minimize impacts to customers.

Oversaw the commercial and industrial work to overhaul an existing warehouse structure.
Through the means of design-build, we worked together with the customer to create processing areas, staff offices, and packing and shipping facilities that fulfilled their custom needs.
Collaborative work was required among the different trades to successfully implement the project goals laid out by the design team.

Oversaw the industrial renovation of existing warehouse space for use as food processing facility.
This project included the installation of PLC's, motor control centers and VFD's, to manage and automate equipment involved in the process.

Work involved numerous aspects related to the 3.8 million solar panels and 230 megawatt power production.
